How usage works
Consumers
A consumer counts once they start a journey. Extra consumers are $0.25 each, or $0.20 on Scale.
Message credits
A text uses 2 credits, an email 1, and a reply from a customer 1. Journeys sent through your own email platform use none. Need more? Credit packs start at $90 for 10,000.
Pricing questions
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time, from your settings. An upgrade starts right away and is prorated on your next invoice. A downgrade starts on your next billing date.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your plan begins on day 31 and your card is charged then. Cancel any time before and you won’t pay a thing.
What’s a message credit?
Credits pay for messages Attune delivers. A text uses 2 credits, an email 1, and a reply from a customer 1. Journeys sent through your own email platform use none. Included credits reset each billing month. If you need more, credit packs start at $90 for 10,000, and packs you buy last 12 months.
