The basics
What is Attune?
Attune turns the first 30 days after delivery into a guided experience. For every product you sell, it writes a series of emails and texts timed to the moments that decide whether a customer gets the most from what they bought, and sends them through the email and SMS platform you already use.
How does Attune learn about my product?
The way your best support rep would. It reads your product page, then what owners say in reviews, forums and support threads, and links every finding to its source. Add your own setup guides and FAQs and it uses those too.
Can I edit what Attune writes?
Always. Every step of every journey is yours to read, edit or remove before anything sends. Preview any message, or send yourself a test to see exactly what your customers will get.
When does a journey start?
When you want it to: when an order is placed, when it ships or when it’s delivered. From there, each message goes out on its day, automatically.
What happens if a customer replies?
Journeys listen as well as talk. Check-in steps ask a quick question, and the answer decides what comes next: a customer who’s stuck gets help, and one who’s doing well gets the next tip. No answer? A friendly nudge follows.
Platforms and data
Does Attune replace my email platform?
No, it makes the one you have work harder. Attune writes the journeys and your platform sends them, from your domain and number, to the customers already on your list. Nothing to migrate.
Which platforms does Attune work with?
Attune sends through Klaviyo, Attentive or PostScript, or on its own if you’d rather keep it simple. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Adobe Commerce stores.
Do I need to connect my store?
No, but it’s the fastest way to start. Connect your store and Attune brings in your products and starts journeys as orders come in. Rather not? Paste a product page link and Attune takes it from there.
What does Attune read in my store?
Only what it needs to time your journeys: products, customers, orders and returns. Access is read-only, so nothing in your store changes.
How does SMS consent work?
Attune only texts customers who’ve opted in through your platform. Everyone else can get an email version of the same journey, so no one misses out.
What does Attune do with my customers’ data?
Sends your journeys, and nothing else. Your customers’ personal data never goes into an AI prompt; the prompts are about your products. For the details, see our Security page and Privacy policy.

What does Attune cost?
Plans start at $999 a month, and every plan begins with a 30-day free trial.
What’s a message credit?
Credits pay for messages Attune delivers. A text uses 2 credits, an email 1, and a reply from a customer 1. Journeys sent through your own email platform use none. Included credits reset each billing month. If you need more, credit packs start at $90 for 10,000, and packs you buy last 12 months.
